Shipping & Returns
We guarantee the items you purchase will reach you in good condition. If they do not or you are not completely satisfied with them for any reason, please return the item to us (within 30 days of receipt) and we will replace or refund the full cost of the item. Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund unless the item was damaged or we shipped you the wrong product. If so, we will absorb the costs to send you the correct item.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
For orders outside Australia you will be charged the cost of international courier delivery to your location from Australia. These rates may vary from country to country. If you are outside Australia and wish to confirm shipping costs to your location, please e-mail our customer service centre. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order please contact us. The Good Oil Online will ship items on confirmation of payment.
