Shipping & Returns

We ship immediately for deliveries within Australia!
For orders outside Australia you will be charged the cost of international courier delivery to your location from Australia. These rates may vary from country to country. If you are outside Australia and wish to confirm shipping costs to your location, please email us at goodskin@thegoodoil.com. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order please contact us. The Good Oil will ship items on confirmation of payment.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee the items you purchase will reach you in good condition. If they do not or you are not completely satisfied with them for any reason, please return the item to us (within 30 days of receipt) and we will replace or refund the full cost of the item. Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund unless the item was damaged or we shipped you the wrong product. If so, we will absorb the costs to send you the correct item.

What are your shipping fees?

We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $10. International fee vary.

What are expected delivery times?

All orders are sent and tracked via Australia Post. We ship every day and aim to get your order out immediately so the time it takes to get to your door is minimised. Delivery times vary depending on where you are located, and can take up to 8 days to be delivered in Australia. International delivery times may vary.

How can I track my order? / Where is my order?

All orders are trackable. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a Australia Post tracking number. This way you will be able to know where your order is and when will it arrive.

I changed my mind; can I return my order?

Yes, you can return an item within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and sent back in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

We guarantee that all items will arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

If you’re returning an item for any other reason, we’ll gladly refund the cost of the product once it’s received, though shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
